This affects people who are currently aged between 39 and 47.
WASPI aren't even interested in women born on or after 1st January 1960.
I'm aware of that, but doesn't it signal that the Government are not going to be interested in giving money to the Wasps if they have to increase SPA it for those already facing 7 years longer in work, now 8.Make £2026 in 2026

I am sure they will take up their cudgels of indignation in support. Does the Government intend writing to everyone about this change in State Pension date? We know it is demanded of them; recorded delivery in case there are any who forget

Well, you and I (and lots of people posting on this and other threads) think it signals that but do you think there is any chance of WASPI thinking that?I'm aware of that, but doesn't it signal that the Government are not going to be interested in giving money to the Wasps if they have to increase SPA it for those already facing 7 years longer in work, now 8.0 -
Ms Abrahams added: "The Government talks about making Britain fairer but their pensions policy, whether it's about the injustice our 1950s-born women are facing or today's proposal to increase the SPA to 68, is anything but fair."

Chris Shaw, Waspi PR man, has had a tip off that the DWP is behind the parody account.

They are getting desperate to even take that seriously. :rotfl:
Oh well, now he's made a complete fool of himself. He's been trying desperately to get the parody account taken down. WASPI act like the Stasi wanting to eradicate any opposition or dissidents. I notice WASPI Voice Facebook has been taken down? Now I wonder who did that?0 -
I see the WASPI Twitter account has been suspended 'due to unusual activity ' Someone my have posted some common sense comments.:rotfl:0

We shall probably have some conspiracy theories when they come back.Mortgagefreeman wrote: »I see the WASPI Twitter account has been suspended 'due to unusual activity ' Someone my have posted some common sense comments.:rotfl:Conjugating the verb 'to be":

That was done by the WaspiVoice people. They say they are focussing on behind-the-scenes work with the APPG and individual MPs. I reckon it was them who encouraged Frank Field to make his early reduced pension amendment to that silly EDM. Early reduced pension has been Frank Filed's idea last year, and is a big favourite of WASPIVoice, despite it being quite a daft idea, as it would only really help those who have other income and would plunge those in need into lifelong poverty.Mortgagefreeman wrote: »I notice WASPI Voice Facebook has been taken down?
