Avoid Utility Warehouse for phone and broadband

Having major issues with Utility Warehouse's broadband and phone service.
Last year we had major problems with slow speeds on our broadband service, after almost 50 Openreach visits we got the case investigated by the ombudsman who found in our favour and finally got things sorted and our fibre speeds went from under 2mbps to 15mbps, well thanks to Openreach we are now back down to under 2mbps. Utility Warehouses response is terrible. Utility Warehouse has sold broadband services to Talk Talk so when you have a fibre issue you phone there technical department which is known as the 1st Line team, they then have to contact the 2nd line team, who you can't contact directly, the 1st line team email the 2nd line team and if you are really lucky they phone you back, anyway once they have established theres a fault they contact Talk Talk and they contact Openreach, you can imagine the delays and wrong information being passed on etc. I was with out broad at all for 3 weeks and now its back we are down to under 2 mbps, Openreach are saying the line is only capable of 2mbps and as it tests up at that then there is nothing they can do, yet we had a perfect 15mbps for almost a year so that excuse is a little thin. I have a case handler appointed to me in Utility Warehouse 2nd line team, but what its the point i can't speak to hime directly and the 1st line keep fobbing me off or promising a call back that never comes. The ombudsman are stating they won't take it on as its the same issue as the one they have already investigated , which it clearly isn't and we really on Broadband for work

Does this mean its a Business contract post is to confusing to work out whats what .
