Help with flight time please

Hi

I was delayed on the following flight

ZB770 LGW-HRG 04/07/2014

I was thinking I was delayed for 5hours however they have offered me comp for 4hrs. Is there any way to check how long it actually was other than my memory please?

Compensation is identical for 4 hours as for 5. You're due €600 per person.

EuClaim say you are due €600 per passenger so it must have been delayed by at least 4 hours. There is no extra comp for 5 hours. €600 is the maximum.

Thank you both. I'm guessing monarch are saying it was a three hour delay. I was sure it was longer than that and the flight comp people keep coming back with the £520 quote too. Is there a way to find out?? Thanks

London Gatwick to HURGHADA is 3905 km. flights over 3500 km and more than 4 hours late the compensation is €600 per passenger. This can be reduced to €300 if the flight arrives between 3 & 4 hours late. There is no compensation set at €400 other than when the flight distance is between 1500km and 3500km. Reject the compensation and tell them it is €600 not €400 and if they don't pay you will take them to the small claims court.
