Hi CM. I did see this. Thank you. I'll respond. Still unclear on contractual or trespass. I'm unsure of where I stand with the landowner contract which they say I have no right to inspect. Can I still request this? Or should I state that their refusal to provide it is leaving me unable to establish my position?
    Chin up.

Of course, but they won't provide it until they have to (re-hearing).
Or should I state that their refusal to provide it is leaving me unable to establish my position?
    Certainly. Sounds reasonable.

As an aside, please contact WHICH? magazine using the easy link from this thread to tell them briefly of your plight. The more people who contact WHICH, the more likely they are to take up this unregulated scam industry as their next cause:

  • Hi CM. I did that a few days back. I also shared the link. Anything for the cause. :)
    Chin up.
  • I wondered what implications an inaccurate location on NTK has in terms of validity of notice and potental claim? I'm expecting a claim anytime soon.
    Chin up.

If the location is "obvious" still, then it might not provide any help.
If it names say one place with an actual car park and it "should have" been for a different car park, then that is of more assistance.
Courts allow amendments to docs all the time.
  • Ah I see. Different street and postcode. Their site appears to straddle bits and bobs of an entire block.
    Chin up.
