Can I terminate my tenant's tenancy early for having an unauthorised pet?

OP go to a solicitor who actually speciaiises in tenancy law. Then maybe you will take seriously any advice given. I do NOT know why you are bothering to post on here and ignore all the advice given - unless the whole situation is made up.
Just go to a specialist solicitor. Or the people I copied a link for you for much earlier in the thread. Bet you can't even remember that let alone looked at it.0 -

I have taken it seriously and tried to act on it!! I can't pay for a specialist solicitor at the moment due to owing HMRC so much, which is why I am trying to figure some of it out myself and only getting a certain amount of legal advice. For me it seemed that the priority was to get hold of my agent and recover some monies from him, rather than go straight to a specialist solicitor, so I have put someone onto that first. (I realise now that our family solicitor is actually not that expensive compared with a property law specialist.)0 -
