What and admit to being a liar with no idea of boundaries whilst accusing the tenant of lying and having a wolf in the house, and if its found to be true, trying to tell the tenant its get rid of the dog or we'll try (and probably fail) to evict you? Whilst also slathering on about a 17th century bed, ancient family estate etc.
I hope she takes a cream pie. At least they are meant to be worn. Otherwise I don't think cake will help. How is the OP (if they go) going to explain how they've got their information without making it seem like they are a spymaster general? Or very foolish?
I suspect that the OP will find the tenants are out. They aren't going to want to have a confrontation with the OP.0 -
Could the tenants who stayed at home whilst having the temerity to claim that they were on holiday not have been having the (awfully named) staycation?
Maybe they had plans for each day?
Maybe they were going to eye the neighbour up nervously and then ask her over for a 'coffee'? After all, all signs suggest that the neighbour is interested in them...0 -
Whose putting money on the OP finding said wolf dog and then the tenants saying 'its a fair cop governor' and leaving without a fight?0

I'm afraid that if a perfect stranger came to my door, was asking weird questions and then was trying to get into my house using the excuse of needing the loo, I would be trying to keep them out too!We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.

As long as the tennant returns the property at the end of the tenancy in the same condition as at the start of the tenancy and pay their rent, they can "Do what they please"...0
