Argh - this is probably an obvious one but my Voda contract is coming up for renewal. new customers get better offers than renewals do imo so is it possible to cancel with them, then go back with them a few days later stating i couldnt find a better deal? any experiences of this? thanks

It is possible. If you decide to cancel you're free to sign up again, or you can also get a new contract before your current one expires.
Before you do though I'd suggest you call 191 and speak to our Sales team to see if we can offer you anything which might avoid having to do that.
