Sounds like OP may well be better buying from the main site. (Unless what they want isn't on the main site, or is significantly cheaper on the .co.uk site).0 -
Unfortunately they are not on the main site. That is what started to cause confusion in the first place.

seems the .co.uk site is a wholesale site for them, but nothing wrong with using that site, just if you want to contact them you need to go to the main site. which is wrong anyway as the .uk site is still UK based, so must have contact details displayed on it0 -
Does the UK site show pricing inclusive of VAT? Or show a how VAT is calculated? (They must by law do this for consumer transactions).0

Pretty sure when I did my fake order it gave the price as £210 including delivery and then it said it included £33.33 in taxes - which can't be right as VAT should be £42.
ETA: Just did it on a £130 order (£10 was delivery) and it says £20 taxes. Strangely, they seem to be charging 16.66667% on the item only and nothing on delivery (if you include delivery, you'll get different results with 15.38% on one and 15.87% on the other). You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
I actually bought some boots from this company and they arrived very quickly and quite honestly they are lovely. They are called a Zippy Boot. I then purchased a second pair (not the same boot) which actually turned out not to be so good and in fact, fortunately, I'd paid with Paypal. Made a claim for not as described and was refunded immediately and told not to bother to return them.
I admit I did take a chance with the first pair as they were such a bargain for sheepskin boots, and I'm usually extremely cautious buying anything from unknown websites.
Not sure I'd use them again but if they still accept Paypal I'd be tempted if there was a really good deal.
This was the website I used, https://www.redfootshoes.com and there was a p.s. on the confirmation letter as follows:
P.S. Want a part of Redfoot & Goodwin Smith? We are crowdfunding to help grow our business at this exciting time - check out our campaign here and invest from as little as £10. https://www.seedrs.com/redfoot
Edited to add: this was around 18 months ago when I purchased the 2nd pair.
Sorry, edited again to add the wensite I used.0 -
This will give you an insight into the man behind the company
