I'm looking to send this template to them today, and was considering adding an extra point regarding the fact that I was not given a POPLA code or NTK.
Is that worth doing or should I just leave it as it is?

Tim hawker is real and he has a Hnd in business studies. Not a solicitor at all. Push them enough and you will get the brand new letter that we are not entering into litigation with you.0
