Can I leave mid contract after Vodafone rises prices for home broadband?

I received an email from Vodafone after a year into the contract, 8 months left, to say that they are putting the price up, from £25 to £27.
I really have a bad expreriece with them, I am in my 3rd Router after the last two stop working, and it tooks like 2 months without Internet to replace them. And because I live in a remote area, the interaction is always like "shut up and be happy we provide you with Internet" They even hang out the phone call because I was upset and complaining about the service, I should receive 36meg/8meg connection but it was like 12meg/1.5meg.
Is it possible to move away from them before the end of the contract, which is in Feb 2018?
if so, how?
I've got better deal with other provider at £24.99 with Asus router.

Speeds quoted are only 'up to' and very few get the top figure. They are only obliged to provide a speed within your quoted range.
For instance our broadband is up to 17mbps, but the provider quotes a range of 2 to 6 for our house and only fails to give a service, if the speed is regularly below 2mbps .
Other providers give an option to leave free of penalty if prices go up,but they have to actually inform you ,as just leaving will still incur a get out penalty.0
