WestJet Paid Wrong Compensation Amount - Help!

Hi,


I claimed for compensation from a delayed WestJet flight in April. We were flying from Gatwick to Toronto and our flight was over 4 hours late but only just.


WestJet have awarded us 300 Euros each, as they are saying the flight was delayed by 3hours 56minutes and therefore, under the 4 hour allowance. I have tried to find an independent record of the delayed flight but it seems to just be the timings provided by WestJet.


Does anyone know how to query this? It seems very convenient that WestJet have stated that the flight arrived 4 minutes under the highest compensation claim.

I have screenshots of the delay but not the time when the aircraft doors opened. This was however, over the 4 hour mark.


Any advice would be great. Thanks.
