EE Broadband cashback deal

Hi,
I switched from BT to EE broadband towards the end of April following Martin's tips. There was a £100 cashback deal at the moment. I cannot clearly remember if it was direct with EE, with moneysavingexperts or moneysupermarket. All I know is that I cut and pasted the following to a reminder e-mail to myself:


"Don’t worry if you don’t hear from us straight away as it may take up to 60 days for you to receive this email. If you don’t hear from us by then, you can call 01565 656251 or email: broadbandinfo@myeeoffers.co.uk for queries"


I did not receive any cashback and the telephone number I called say that they are not aware of it. My e-mails were not answered either. I called EE direct and they said that offer wasn't directly from them. I don't know what else to do at the moment.
Has anybody else had similar problems? Any help/tips will be greatly appreciated.
