Yes, you should be getting fees, as per Santander's terms.0

Consider a Santander Zero credit card....0

consider Metro bank0

Do the terms for your card include fee-free withdrawals from Spanish Santander ATMs?
If so, are you being offered an exchange rate for pounds when you use those ATMs? If so, you have to refuse the option, selecting 'Without Conversion' (or similar), so that your card converts without fees.Evolution, not revolution0 -
Thanks for the replies.I suppose i should of looked through the small print.I just expected that i would not incur any fees for using my own bank.I expect all ATM are the same or worse then.Never heard of the zero credit card ill look into it.When withdrawing i get the option for GB pound or Euro I just pressumed as the currency here is the Euro i had to use that option So i choose GB Pound then to clarify? But ill still incur the 2.5 percent markup ,i think thats what it said.

Whats the daily withdraeal on the zero credit?I can only withdraw a max of 300 euro a day on my card0

As aforementioned, you need to choose "without conversion". Some systems will word it specifically to confuse you, in order to accept their conversion.0 -

It's not your bank - it's another bank in the Santander Group.
Assuming it's a Visa debit card & you deposit £500 +, select Euros and you should get cash commission free. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
You can use your Santander Debit card at any Santander branch in Spain free of charge, I used mine regularly earlier this year and there were no charges.0
