SKY broadband -- poor service

Hi,
Just share my bad story with Sky. I have been with Sky broadband for over 1 year. Recently I found the connection isn't stable -- always disconnected without any reason. I contacted the Sky team and was asked many questions regarding how to make connection with the broadband. Then they do have checked that the connection is unstable and passed it to technique team. Again was asked whether your problem has been solved? They haven't taken any action to solve this problem and how do they think the problem has been solved? Then asked me do I intend to proceed to solve this problem?
Never, never taken any action to solve this problem!!!! I ring the technique team and waited for 10 mins, nobody answer the phone! Complain to the team, responses "I have no right to contact the technique team"!!!
So the problem has never been solved!!!
So I will never use SKY any more!!!
