Noddle incorrect Electoral Roll date.

How do I get Noddle to correct the electoral roll date?

Reported the incorrect date end of April this year and it said upto 28 days to sort. Just logged in again and it still shows the incorrect date.

Thought it got missed so I tried to open another dispute and it emailed to say its a duplicate dispute and the previous response was the final one and that I should contact the data provider.

Except I have had no communication regarding the original dispute and the data on clearscore is correct. Only noddle have the wrong date.

How do I get Noddle to correct the Electoral roll date?

Only checked this out because the Girl in Santander asked me twice when I moved into the address. She said it was showing as 11 years less than what I put on the paperwork.

Call your local council electoral department they seem to have provided noddle with incorrect information. Ask them pass on the correct details to all Credit Reference Agencies and it should be updated once they receive them

All the other agencies have the correct info, only Noddle have the wrong info.

When did Noddle first offer the service free? I signed up then and it was correct.

As per advice in post #2 you'll need to write to your local Electoral Roll Officer and ask them to confirm in writing the dates you have lived at the address. You'll then need to forward a copy of this letter in the post to Call Credit and ask them to update their info.

Seems to be more searches on Noddle than Clearscore. I was not expecting that.

And their incorrect data puts me inside the 6 year bracket living in this property.

So when i put 17/18 years it doesnt match their records. Off to Google where i contact my local electoral roll people.

Hi. I am in a similar situation as you. Equifax and Experian hold the correct information on me at this address, but Clearscore/Noddle don't.

If the information comes from one source (my local authority), I don't get why Clearscore/Noddle get it wrong and say the years I have been present here are less than they are.

I thought the electoral register is only updated yearly eg I moved into my present house in April but Noddle have me here from October of that year.

Interesting they have you since October. We moved in January and they too have us as living there since October. Also they are the only agency with the incorrect detail.

you don't need google just put your postcode into the link I sent you to get the correct contact details
