Most of the images there do show them on a hard standing larger than the greenhouse itself
I agree - which would suggest their explanation that the greenhouse is larger than the base they asked us to build is nonsense:

"I did indeed tell you 10 ' 6 " for base length this is intentional as it creates a natural capillary on the length of building making water run down edges of front and rear of base thus saving the bottom rails of the ends from excessive water and prevents sitting in water."

Why then show numerous photos with them on bases larger than the greenhouse's footprint?

    What solution do you want?

It's not going to be too difficult to run a line of bricks round the base to enlarge it.

We want them to supply what we ordered. Aesthetically, running a line of bricks is not what we want to do. Plus, who pays for that?

There is the addition of a few other bits that are not as per the photos and the quality of the build is not what we expected.

The point is that the information they supplied is incorrect and, as such, is not as advertised. But if we want to withdraw from the transaction, what are our rights? Do we need to return the greenhouse to them or do they need to collect it? Do we legally have to give them opportunities to rectify the issues? Does the fact it is painted a colour we specified (as an option they offered) affect any of this?

To build a base 10'6 long and that the greenhouse is 10'6 long.

When was it delivered/erected? What date?

Do you have any documentation from the seller outlining your cancellation rights?

How did you Pay? By card? Paypal? Bank transfer? Something else?

Did you actually see one before you purchased or did you spend £5000 on the strength of a couple of eBay photos?

Delivered/erected last Thursday. Partner sent the email on Thursday evening (it's hers and she was at work when they delivered it).

eBay listing does say returns accepted within 14 days, but they're not being so forthcoming and are coming up with all sorts of excuses (see above).

    Paid by PayPal.

Even the metric 3.15 metres length it gives is 10'4", there are discrepancies with the actual size on the advert. What paperwork do you have?

We have an invoice that states a length of 124" and we need a base of 10'4". (I've been saying 10'6" but I meant 10'4"). The greenhouse is 127".
