Needing advice and assistance please.
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it ....

But you've got the invoice which describes the same bag.0

Yes my invoice is the same bag

You need to ring and speak to a manager.0
-
Ask the manager on the balance of probabilities, what's the likelihood of you buying two identical bags from different places then sending the wrong one back.
Have you checked that they are selling that bag for the same price at hof0 -
They did...

Well doesn't that link show it's been reduced by 50%.
Perhaps they suspect you've bought the reduced bag and accidentally sent it back?0 -
I am confused.
You say you bought a bag from selfridges online, didn't open the box to check what was in it? Why not , I would say it's normal to check you have received what you ordered.
You then return a bag with HOF labels on to Selfridges so you can see where they are coming from.
What was the timeframe between receiving it and opening it.0 -
Looks to me and anyone else, especially the staff at Selfridges that you found it half price elsewhere and sent back the wrong one.
You have to see it from their POV. Send back the right one and you shouldn't have a problem.0 -
I just want to stress, this isn't a forum for people who are looking for advice to rip off a retailer0

I didn't check the box because I trusted what I ordered will what is inside. After a week of opening when my wife did open it it was literally placed back within 5 minutes. Nothing more nothing less.
If as you have implied I ordered a bag from elsewhere, why would I send the wrong bag back? And even so all I would of had to do was send the right one back?! It would be stupid of me not too. As I said in the first post 'I genuinely have no idea how or what or why that bag with that tag is there.' I've never in my life shopped at HoF.
Anyways thanks.
