Collection of faulty goods

Purchased a King size bed base online it was delivered and when unpacked there were several structural faults. The company offered discount but the bed was unuseable without repair so I requested full refund and said I would not accept responsibility for cost of return. They were a bit slow to respond but finally refunded fully and said they would collect the bed last week. Since their last message on 23rd June I've heard nothing and even though I've sent messages every day I've heard nothing and have a 5ft bed in my hall awaiting collection. How do I proceed can I dispose of the bed if they refuse contact as I don't have the space to keep it.
