Euros for stag do in Brussels

Going to Brussels the weekend after next for a stag do, have sorted out flights and accommodation but will need some spending money...where is the best place to get Euros and can I get unused ones changed back for a decent rate or best keeping them for another trip somewhere?

I have no idea how much say a pint of beer will cost over there etc so not sure how many I should take is all!

Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks

If in or around London, pick up a Metro Bank debit card on the spot. Otherwise a Monzo Prepaid Mastercard. No need to buy Euros beforehand. Pull them from an ATM(£250 worth per day once you've verified the card with ID) when you arrive and always choose to pay in local currency. Do not accept any prior conversion to Pounds. Only £1000 in ATM withdrawals per month, but no such limit on purchases with the card.
You won't obtain a better rate by any other method and any money left over will still be in Pounds.

A beer will be around €3-€4.5, probably at the lower end in a small back street bar rising as you get to the City Centre and maybe even dearer around the more popular touristy areas.
Belgian beer is renowned for it's quality and strength, so maybe worth a google if your a beer expert, if not plenty of Stella and Jupiler for a lager fix.

As here you could probably get a crate for the price of a couple of beers in a bar, if you want to warm up in the hotel before hitting the town.

    Some idea of prices HERE

No, you need to open an account and be issued with the card during a personal visit to one of their SE England stores (branches).
    Evolution, not revolution

Monzo all the way, you need nothing else.
