    Did you buy it direct from Outback, or is the thing still within the manufacturer's guarantee period?

    Never seen the point in gas "bbqs", may as well grill it indoors. Use charcoal & hickory for the proper taste.

    I agree, also off topic if it takes 20 minutes to cook it in an oven why do people expect the barbecue to cook it in 5 minutes, it isn't a microwave.
