TalkTalk phone and broadband legacy package increasing

I am currently out of contract with TalkTalk and have been for a few months now.
I paid £270.00 Value line rental for 18 month: £15.00 a month line rental
Each month I paid £3.75 for my broandband a month (£18.75 a month)
I had inclusive international boost, talktalk to talktalk calls included.
I was told yesterday by email my package would increase to £1.75 per month (£20.50) a month.
After several calls to customer service and retention, I inquired what I need to do to leave, and ended up agreeing a new contract which I thought is good:
Total cost: £14.95
Included broadband and phone line
18 month contract
international boost - 12 months
local / national / mobile calls anytime
£5.00 discount for 6 months
TalkTalk to TalkTalk calls.
I have resisted TalkTalk packages which were introduce last year, as I would of been worse off, but with this deal, I am better off.

I am also looking to to renew contract with TT. I found £26 a month for their up to 35MB speed broadband, land line rental (worth £18.99 a month)
no included phone calls,(we use our mobiles) a small sim (200mins, unlimited texts 500mb data) TV box which we have at the moment. 2 yr fixed price contract.
Yours sounds a better deal but what abut the TV box. I will phone and ask about it.0 -
