Boiler burner not starting

I have a Potterton Profile E50L boiler. And it has just stopped working. The pilot turns on and I also hear the loud click which is normally when the burner starts but the main burner doesn't start and the water is cold. Any ideas what could be the problem.
I did open it and brush the main burner and check for other loose wires but all seems okay.
Should I replace the pcb or any ideas guys I am totally stuck and very stressed.
