Hi all,
Ive read the guide on the site here, and am using the four recommended search engines. Just not happy with what I'm seeing. The cars are all tiny things. There will be 4 of us with four cases (1 child).
30th July pick up from Fuerteventura airport - back 1 week later on the 6th August. I just want something like a 5 door hatchback - astra/golf sized minimum. A tiny citroen is no good to me whatsoever.
Am I doing something wrong or is this what its like? Ive never hired a car abroad before.
The other thing is many of the returned results state a shuttle from the airport to pick up the car. How far would this be and would it be the whole group or just the driver?
Im seeing the UK bought insurance policy coming only to about £15 for the whole duration - £5k worth of excess. Is this right? Seems really cheap. This is with a company called 'Big Blue Cover'. Are they reputable?
