    So I did it, I survived my first full week (actually was 10 days) on CWP and my first weigh in was yesterday morning.

    I lost 9lbs!!!!!!!!!

    Was really hoping for 7lbs at the most cos I wanted to be realistic over it and not disappointed with myself if I didn't get a big loss like some I am seeing all over Instagram (have a page on there so stalk other CWP'ers).

    I would absolutely love to lose another 5lbs this month and that would be my first stone down in January 2018.

    WI#1 - 12th January 2018 - 9lbs lost
    WI#2 - 19th January 2018 -
    WI#3 - 26th January 2018 -

    Had such a busy day yesterday and if I wasn't on CWP I would have stuffed my greedy little face.

    Took my Mum out for her birthday and we went too;

    *Dobbie's - Picked up a couple of Christmas jute bags (£10 down to £3 each) a lego fairy set for my nieces birthday in May (£17 down to £6). Mum had soup in the caf! and I had black tea and a shake
    *Odeon - Took my Mum to see The Greatest Showman, was brilliant. We both want to go back and see it again. Mum had tea and I had black coffee and water
    *Waterfront Restaurant - Took my Mum for her birthday dinner, she had tortellini, lamb with roast tatties and all the trimming, sticky toffee pudding with ice cream and I had my shake and water

    I am so proud of myself!!!!!

    That's some willpower! I don't think I could have done it.

    Well done x
