Day 8 of CWP today, feeling good.
Only bad thing about having to be in work is that around this time of day everyone either cooks or bring in lovely smelling lunches - oh the aroma :rotfl:
Just had my first shake of the day.
Also had a chai tea, black coffee and 1.6l of water so far.
Jeez I am running to the loo very 5 mins
At least its getting me up off my lazy behind!
