Plusnet MSE Sim only deal..Beware No 4G issue!
Last week I took out the MSE Plusnet Sim only offer (5gig of 4G data, unlimited texts/minutes for £10 p.m.) I ported my number over from EE but for a week now, I have been unable to get any Data. My iPhone 5s shows the 3G logo onscreen but I can't access anything unless Im on wifi. I contacted Plusnet who sent a second sim out, Ive been through resetting network and other reboots(You can't edit APN settings on a 5s). Ive searched the web to no avail.My wife has the same phone and is with Plusnet so I put her sim card in my phone and got 4G. I put my sim in hers..nothing.So it is definitely a sim card issue. Ive been on to Plusnet a number of times who have just drawn a blank.So it looks like I am going to have to go back to EE. Ive checked the Plusnet forum and it seems this is a frequent problem they have been having for at least 6 months now, with no apparent answer. So frustrating as it is a great deal. Anyone else had this problem or can offer any advice?

Frequent? There's maybe 3 or 4 people on there with the same issue.
Take out the sim, delete any and all profiles, then go to
Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
Restart the phone and put your sim back in.0
