Here at Flow, we’ll soon be offering the Warm Home Discount (WHD) for people who need that little extra help with their bills during the winter months.
We’ll be releasing details of the eligibility criteria soon for the broader group, but you can find more information on our website via the link below.

There are two running threads on here where people are complaining about billing/meter reading issues. These are ongoing and you have been notable by your absence. Perhaps it might be helpful if you responded to us.

Well, here's the thing. I email- get no reply. I Facebook- get reply full of promises, then nothing changes. I complain by email- get an automated reply, then nothing.
The issues are documented here by other people. I cant keep emailing and Facebooking....
Given in your sig it says your permission to post here allows you to solve issues, I need YOU to do something for everyone who has problems with readings and billings. And, I understand that there have been issues with software. But they are still ongoing.0 -
Well, I think I am allowed to moan. I have provided my account number to them several times.
Been ignored. Received promises. Several times.
I am a tad frustrated0 -
We're also having problems with Flow billing (as are several other people who have posted). Flow have been ignoring our submitted Gas readings for the past 6 month and making up their own estimates which are not even based on past usage.
Shame they only post on a thread advertising their Warm Home Discount scheme and refuse to respond to the complaints on the other Flow threads.
I would recommend to AVOID FLOW ENERGY as they wont explain why their bills are still wrong.0
