02 rubbiss customer service
Last Monday i went into an 02 shop and wanted a particular phone,
Asked them if they would transfer data fom my old phone they said no problem but the 'guru wasnt in so i said i would come back Friday or Saturday.
I went back saturday, then they told me i had to make an appointment to see this 'guru' grrr.
Made an appointment for Monday, got there, went through all the palaver and he went through to get the phone out the back... guess what, no bluddy phone in stock grrrr.
Promised he would get one sent over, it would take 2 or 3 days, 4 days later...still no phone....
Not a happy custo er....
