For a change a pat on the back for EE

This afternoon I had to ring EE about some unexpected charges that had come on my bill which I hadn't realised I would be liable for .

I spoke to a delightful young man on the other end, and he was very patient and helpful and took me through them all. Realising that I had made an error, he immediately said
'OK no worries I tell you what,' I'll cut the charges in half'

So he straight away took £4.00 off the charges ,bless him .

Its all to easy to rail against large phone companies, but it this case I think he was very polite and helpful to a slightly confused old woman so a big pat on the back for their northern Irish service advisor Peter who couldn't have been more helpful :A:A:A

It's nice to find someone who appreciates the service received from a phone company.

Oh, I think most people appreciate what they are served up normally; many appear on here as a direct result. Nice to see one small ray in a stormy sky though.
