Figured i'd update the thread since it's almost a month after my last post, and it still hasn't been sorted.
Photographic proof of m3 was given 1 week apart on the 10th of July (to ammend the incorrect value on my account), i was then told an industry process that can take up to 30 days had been started in order to investigate the issue, which is the second investigation after the giant red flag (very high KWH value) on the generated statement was not caught by TONIK.
I am still waiting for this process to finish, when it does, i will update the thread again with the conclusion, which i am hoping will be the adjustment of the gas reading and reduction of my account balance.0 -
Issue resolved as of yesterday, account is in order and showing correct values as a result of the investigation and further provided readings.0
