I was out of contract so i was just about to jump ship, when i was offered the following:

International max boost - cost free
anytime calls to 01/01/02/mobile - cost free
voicemail plus - cost free
caller id - cost free
block withheld numbers - cost free
faster broandband - cost included
total cost - £14.95 a month for 18 months.

18 months ago I negotiated a price of £15 a month for line rental, broadband and their essential sim with 200 free minutes.

This time they didn't budge from their offer of the same for £19.95, quite a hike.
So I got them to include their latest router which is a "which best buy" the Superrouter HG633.

I have 20 days to change my mind so I haven't opened the box with the router in case I need to sent it back.
