i cancelled the application so yeh i probably did to them "decline" it. but it seemed daft to do a transfer for some of the balance not all of it..?

Is it worth phoning them up and telling them it was cancelled by mistake?

If you dont phone and ask you definitely won't get the offer back. If you do phone and ask you might get the offer back. Seems worth the effort of making a call.
loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.

My interest rate is at 18.9%. any advice on how i can bust thru this credit card paying as little interest as possible? I cant get a credit card to do this, so please any help!

Maybe they thought a bird in the hand is worth a bird in the bush?
