Pre Paid Travel Cards to use for 6 months without withdrawal limit per year

We visit our daughter in Spain for 6 months at a time and use a Pre Paid Travel card. Only problem is that some Travel Cards limit your withdrawals to £3000 per year but in 6 months we can spend more than this.

Which is the best pre-paid travel card which doesn't limit your withdrawals but gives the best euro rate ?

Otherwise, Starling Bank is best for worldwide.
