    It appears Iberia have already paid the judgement and costs so no appeal. I do wonder whether they bothered to even turn up at court, the report doesn't say and it is a lot easier to win in those circumstances. A pity the case was only at a county court level as it doesn't bind any other court at all

    I think if they appealed and lost it would set legal precedent
