BT "left-overs" after switching

Last week I switched from BT Broadband and phone to another provider (and things work fine). Three years ago I did the same and after leaving found some BT "left-overs". I called BT today asking if they could help and check if BT programs and files are still hidden somewhere in my computer. They said they can't help, as I am not able to tell them what I am looking for and where to find it...They only mentioned McAfee but I've already deleted that program. Do you think there are some BT files/programs to delete? If so can you suggest where to fin them and what to look for? Thanks

Thanks. I don't have BT mobile app, and had already deleted all the webpages in the bookmark list. Hope this time nothing is deep down somewhere.0
