Not sure where to stay but if you're in Cardiff book a meal at the Clink well worth it! (you will have to book!)

It doesn't serve alcohol but the food makes it worth it

If you want to see one of the finest beaches in the the world, go to Rhossili on the Gower peninsula.
I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.

    When did Wales become overseas?

    I suppose Anglesey is.

File under "& Travel Planning" and give the OP a break.

Depending on the weather & how long you have to kick your heels.

Cardiff is a good 90 mins drive from Margam.

Margam is 30 miles from Cardiff and the M 4 is less than half a mile from the Orangery.
I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.

The OP might live in France.:)
  • It's about 40 minutes from Margam Park to Cardiff. Swansea is closer (about 25 minutes). Only a short drive on from Swansea is The Mumbles, which is a pretty place to visit.
