O2 network

Hi, O2 network seems to work best here, no 4g I think. Who runs on the O2 network?
Gifgaf, Tesco and any others ?

Would like 1000 minutes no data and a few texts per month sim only.

I see the 3network and some EE networks have some really cheap deals but not so much with O2 or am I missing something?
