Minibus hire excess in america

HI, i'm just wondering if anybody can help me. We are off on a family road trip to America and have hired a 12 seater minibus. When we have come to take out separate excess insurance all the companies have a limit of 9 seats. The only company that i have found that covers up to 15 seats is Questor, but unfortunately they only cover hire vehicles rented in the U.K.
