Toilet Cleaner

I was wondering which toilet cleaner was the best to use .. None of the rim based ones work for us - they only clean (slightly) directly underneath them - but miss the rest of the toilet - they are also expensive !! Which brand of liquid cleaner is the preferred one ?

I know, I use it (fantastic for the cooker) which is why I misread your post - I was a little concerned over what reason you could have for degreasing a toilet (was about to suggest a doctor's visit), then it dawned on me what you actually meant
