I've getting 'service unavailable' on various browsers and devices, and can't access the FAQ to contact someone and let them know.

No problems here - just tried on both Chrome and Firefox and logged in ok.I'm a Board Guide on the Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Files & Ratings boards. I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly, and I can move and merge threads there. Any views are mine and not the official line of moneysavingexpert.com0

Hi,
I can confirm Experian did experience a service issue with its verification system just before 15:00 yesterday which might explain this but was back up and running at 15:00.
If you're still experiencing issues here, I'd suggest contacting us on creditclub@moneysavingexpert.com
I hope that helps explain.0
