Fence Screening affecting neighbours TV signal?

As we had high winds not long ago, the dish, could have been blown off target.
I would be a little wary of offering to pay for a Sky callout as they will charge even if it's no one's fault, if it proves not to be a Sky fault.0 -
I very much doubt the fence has anything to do with their signal strength, especially as it's a directional dish with nothing blocking it's line of sight.
However, is it possible that the cable was damaged during the fences installation? as you've said it runs very close. It's possible it wouldn't even show signs of damage if it was bent too far and then returned.*Assuming you're in England or Wales.0 -
Any chance that the dish or mounting arrangement could have been knocked?
It sounds like it might just be misaligned.0
