    it was in the man drawer i went to get some batteries for the remote and there it was next to the light bulbs and the radiator key and she tried to blame me

    If it was sold after 2005 you can try the FSCS otherwise you've had it.

    Even if it was taken out after 2005, FSCS may well say that as it's already been to the Ombudsman, it's out of their jurisdiction.
