can someone help me
in 2011 i won a claim again norton finance with the ombudsman and all we had too was send the acceptance letter back with in 14 days which my wife forgot to do it was for 12 grand sad i know
norton finance then said they are not going to pay and they didn't
the ombudsman tried and tried and told them they were being unfair and told them to pay but they stuck to their guns and told us you will have to take them to court which we decided to do.
we got a solicitor involved 500 pounds to start. 6 months went by then out the blue i had a phone call off the ombudsman saying they were going to take our case back on so we dropped the solicitor because of the cost and 6 more months went by
heres the bombshell we had a letter from the ombudsman saying sorry they were wrong and we would have to go back to court this was now 2012 we conplained and the ombudsman payed us 1000 compensation and left us to it
the next thing we know norton went bust, story of my life,so what i want to know under the PLEVIN ruling last year on unfairness will they reopen my case i think i have good grounds
looking for some good news but if its bad its bad can someone let me know
