Credit club which calculator?

in Credit cards
I've joined the credit club and used the various calculators but I don't know which one is best suited to my circumstances.
I'm a Lp on benefits not working due to ill health.
I want to rebuild my credit history I've got an OK score on credit club (I'll check it again n post score) in terms of reliability but not income.
I want a credit card for greater purchase power more choice etc too. Eg being able to take advantage of offers when they're on rather than missing out due to not being able to save before offer expires, that kinda thing.
Not planning on building a huge debt nor got a debt to transfer.

Please don't post your score. It has no meaning with regard to anything.
Try a sub prime lender. You won't want to revolve a balance on one, but will help you build a credit history.
Being on benefits monogamy restrict your borrowing potential.0 -
Zx81 are you American? I've only heard of sub prime in ref to American banking. Plus I asked which calculator to use and if the credit score was meaningless why have it on the site?0

Sub prime is a common U.K. term.
Try all/any of the calculators. They will give different results depending on criteria and which lenders are paying for participate.
Credit score is on the site because Experian push it heavily. It keeps customers interested if they see a constantly moving number. However, it bears little resemblance to how lenders will view you.0 -
If you haven't got a debt to transfer you want a 0% purchases card.
Try the below eligibility checker and see which cards you are likely to be accepted for?

Pointless really as 0% cards are usually reserved for those a) with a job and b) 'good' credit histories - neither of which appears the OP has.
OP you need to be looking at subprime lenders such as Capital One, Aqua, Vanquis.
