Oh how I have missed going on training courses...absolutely loved today (yes I am a weird person!). Not sure my manager is quite so happy as I have now given her so much more work to do but finally, finally, the procedures and processes that I have wanted to implement from day one will have to be implemented as they are actually legal requirements.
I sort of had a feeling they would be from the training courses back in corporate world and the dreaded BS5750 that we all had to go through at the time in our sector and although we moaned like mad back then, when it was all in place it made sense and our jobs easier to do and to train others to do.
Finished the day on a real high, yes I am exhausted physically but mentally it has made me feel so alive, still valid and still serving a purpose. I've got something I can really get my teeth into, investigate, organise....loving it!We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.

I already am! Made the move up about 3 ish weeks ago, I'm an INTJ, we don't tend to stay at the bottom for long even though I did try to suppress it initially. That worked for all of one shift where I got peed off with the lack of organisation. We made it! ENFP but I have changed over time. I'm not convinced it is a static measurementPlease stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

One way or another they will get some more time, you'll see.
The no deal will happen, but it will be in about 2 months time.
We are in for every hard times for the UK.
This will be the start of hard times, and will last for several years.
The good news is that hard times create hard men. And hard men create soft times. Soft times create soft men, soft men create hard times and the cycle repeats.
We have all grown up in soft times, that our grandfathers created who were hard men from hard times.
And lots of sickening delays and further extensions and harsh words all the way upto a final no del no agreement brexit in a couple of months.
Mark Carney will probably be proved correct after all, a 35% crash in house prices down out over several years.Nothing has been fixed since 2008, it was just pushed into the future0 -

I am convinced it is a stable measurement from a personal perspective and also from professional usage, I am a qualified MBTI practitioner. Lapsed these days though!
It is an interesting and useful tool for measuring and analysing team dynamics. Fascinating to look at why particular colleagues can work together happily and how others irritate the hell out of you.0
