Oh yes, I've got that! It's good!

Also, if you've got a leasehold property, register your interest in the Freehold as well as your own leasehold. That way, you can see if the Freehold is ever sold. Or even if there is just a search.

I've done that, problem is I get notifications almost weekly when a leaseholder changes. Don't know why as the freehold isn't owned by the leaseholders, but it happens.

Maybe some of the leaseholders own the freehold?

Weekly? You must have a very rapid turnover of occupants!

What are you doing to put them off living there?

    :D;)

I'm not doing anything! In fact I don't even live there. There are about 500 flats in the development and more blocks being built all the time. Anytime one changes hands there is an email saying there has been "an activity" connected to property freehold address.

Whole area being regenerated, so covers a wide space. Was originally a hospital on that site, but it closed in 1996. Became derelict and was bought by property company in 2007. They eventually got planning permission and started building.

I'm confused. What's your connection to it?
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

It's always strange when a route has a HUUUUUGE time .... and no immediate clues why.

Where I used to live the train would take 1 hour to get to X, then it was a change; but time it wrong coming back and you could alight at X at about 9pm and the next connecting train wasn't until about 7am the next morning. But booking systems give no clues. They should flag it up saying "Look, you'll be sitting on a dark station, alone, all night .... why not stay on the train 2 more stops then catch the bus overland and arrive at your destination in a timely manner"

Outbound flight time is [removed], inbound is [removed].

That sounds about right actually [removed].

I have no flexibility in those dates (I'm there for a specific event that I'd already started organising collaboration meetings around a few weeks ago) so to find it for as little as I've paid (around £70) I'm doing quite well I think.
