I did loads of stuff after school. IIRC
    Monday School choir
    Tuesday Piano lesson, dance class
Wednesday and Thursday I can't remember but there must have been something because I think there was something every day
    Friday School orchestra, guides
    Saturday City youth orchestra
Sunday Church followed by church youth group

The only one I needed driving to was the piano lesson. I walked to the others. I did some lunchtime activities too, including madrigal choir, I think.
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.
    :)

Actually, I learned a short madrigal in Italian on my holiday, so I'll probably be in even more trouble! :rotfl::rotfl:

Went and did test drive on VW Touran on Monday. Or rather OH did, I was only passenger! ;) We've ordered one. With a bit of luck we'll get it before Christmas. We're getting a dash cam installed, but they only do front ones. It's not an option for us to mess with the car, as it's from Motability so any changes have to be done by agreed firms. It's going to be great to have my own car again, :j even if I don't drive it myself! :rotfl:

    Deleted link to car spec.

That looks nice! What colour are you having?

I've often wondered why more cars don't have sliding doors.

It would make it easier to get in and out of the car in parking spaces, for example, and would mean you could park in a tighter space than normal.

And generally easier to get in and out anyway, especially when you've got a leg that's been injured!

My car door is very wide, so trying to push it open even when there's enough space can be tricky, especially if there's a camber.

    Help!

Option 1: buy a grow your own Michaels cloning kit and make a new one of you in a test tube.

Option 2: build a time machine and travel back and forth through wormholes.

Option 3: move to near chez PN and tell them to doof and scoot and scream instead (sorry pastures).

Option 4: nope, that's all I've got. But thanks for reminding me why I don't have kids.

The colour shown in the link - Atlantic Blue. Titan Black upholstery.

The next size up, the Sharan, has sliding door, but it's too tall for me to climb into. And I suspect too expensive anyway!
