Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thank you to everyone who responded to this thread. Great news my ticket has been cancelled by UK CPM !!

I used the template posted in the newbies thread and was able to get in touch with the site management. UK CPM have previously been instructed by the site management to have a 30-minute grace period on-site, which had subsequently been transgressed. Allowing only 10 minutes before issuing the ticket. I highlighted this in my letter and magically UK CPM have cancelled the ticket!

There has been a lot of aggravation, but pleased to say it has ended well for me.

    Thanks again!

Please remind us which site this was at and who confirmed that 30 minutes grace is in the contract with UKCPM?

Please show us your emails and proof, to help others.
