Ok. I am officially pi**ed off with the big guy. I am currently in A&E with DH who's hand I managed to crush between a twinset and a fence post while getting over a stile. This is after a cra* dive where my resident BD decided to give me a hard time at 30m.
Thankfully CrossHouse has a hand expert on duty as it's DH's dominant surgery hand. Apparently he's not going to be able to work for 10days at least. Assuming they can get it all sewn up today without GA and surgery.
So. All my planning being redone. He's going t be a nightmare even if it all goes to plan.Goals - Weight loss 6/26lb at 22nd Jan 18Mmmm. 26lb at 1/7/18. Oops:o0 -

Oh no!!!! I hope surgery isnt needed. FBO
Youngest has been to the walk in clinic at the hospital.... He's got restricted lung function apparently. Hes been battling with his hayfever for weeks now but his breathing was shallow and laboured in his sleep last night so i persuaded him to go to the hospital. Of course he's had the low down from the hospital and a follow up appointment but he knows it all naturally. 21 and knows it all. He has promised me he will cut down on the fags and vape more.
He needed cheering up on the way back apparently and bought himself a new phone.
Hubby spent most of the afternoon asleep and is now messing around with his cars. Ive lost him now for the evening.:DJudi
I would be tempted to suggest another place to put the soap and he would not like it!!!
Some times he forgets himself and sometimes he needs a kick up the bum.:DThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Oh dear they seems to be all sorts of accidents at the moment I am being very careful with myself
:) just in case.Well I managed to get everthing done as planned for once today and even picked up DGS from his job late this afternoon which he was so chuffed about as he was going to walk the three miles back home .He beamed at me when I turned up ( I did have to go and get some diesel anyway
) and said Nanny you are fantastic and I do love you .Think he loved the lift as well
:):)
Went to Lidls and Aldi's with son-in-law and he got all the shopping for themselves and it saves DD having to traipse out tomorrow so she can rest her poor trotters bless her
I also managed to get some shopping for the odds and ends I wanted and only spent around £16 odd so my budget totals are around £42 + for June which I am pleased about and I have no more shopping needed for about two more weeks at least as I stocked up on veg and fresh fruit. Treated myself to a bit of steak from Lidls for £2.75 and its cooking at the moment I'll have it with new potato's and salad .
Saw my friend at the coffee morning and as I have done some running around for her recently she is treating me to a curry on Monday night so no cooking on Monday ,or Tuesday as it quiz night
:):)
Hope you have had a great birthday Meanmarie and himself has spolied you rotten
:):)
Have a good evening chums ,a gentle breeze has just got up and its just a nice bearable 19c in the sittingroom
Cheers chums

meanmarie - we share a birthday:beer: not far behind you, 68 today. Like you I wonder where the heck the years have gone, and why so quickly:eek:
FBO - positive thoughts re OH's hand.
Had a nice day, lunch with OH at lovely village pub, a dog friendly one too so the furry one came with us, called and spent a couple of hours with DM, looked (uncucessfully) for my desired birthday present, a birdbath, then a quick visit to the SM for some fruit, salad and bread etc. It would have been nice to have had some cake, but being GF means I would have to have fitted in making one and was out all day yesterday, may have a little Sloe gin later to compensate:D:DThe best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time.
