Hi,

I currently have TV (basic package), internet and phone with Sky. My bill is due to go up again next month to just over £50. I phoned up to try and get the price reduced but was told the best price they could do was £41. Normally I get a lot more off than this so I'm quite disappointed.

Does anyone know of any good deals for this with decent providers? I know that internet speed varies depending on where you live but good customer service is important.

I only have a landline phone as I need it for the internet, I never use it to make or receive calls.

I've had a cut in my working hours so trying to save some money each month.

BT with the cashback offers is your best bet or just plusnet for cheap no frills

Thanks I'll check these out. Half hoping that Sky will get in touch and offer me a better deal if I tell them I'm cancelling. Don't know if they still do this.

In the past I've heard that when people have said they're going to cancel you miraculously get offered a much better deal.

Sometimes you have to say no and hang on for a deal .
